Privacy Policy

AnalytixIQ AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered decision intelligence platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It applies to all users of analytixiq.ai and the AnalytixIQ AI product.

Data we collect

• Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace content: datasets you upload, queries you submit, AI conversations.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser metadata.

How we use it

• To operate, secure and improve the product.
• To generate AI insights at your request via our AI subprocessors.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

Prompts and dataset context you submit to AI features are sent to our AI gateway and third-party model providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI) for inference. Do not submit sensitive personal data you would not wish to share with these providers.

Your rights

Under GDPR, POPIA and similar laws you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Contact privacy@analytixiq.ai.

Data retention & security

Data is stored in Lovable Cloud (Supabase) with row-level security and TLS in transit. We retain workspace data while your account is active and delete it on request or 90 days after account closure.
