By accessing AnalytixIQ AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AnalytixIQ AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

• No uploading of unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, overload or probe the service.
• No use to make automated decisions with legal effect on individuals without human review.

Trials, subscriptions & billing

New accounts may start a one-time 14-day trial with full platform access, or subscribe to a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from account settings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
